OFC Network Management — Privacy Policy

Yadav Enterprises ("we", "our", or "us") operates the OFC Network Management application ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App. By using OFC Network Management, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

The App collects the following types of information to provide its core functionality:

• Account Information: When you sign in with Google or Apple, we receive your email address and display name (if provided by the OAuth provider). This is used solely for cloud project sync and licence verification.
• Project Data: Your fibre network drawings, cable configurations, splice records, and device inventories are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our cloud servers when you enable cloud sync.
• Licence Status: The App checks your purchase status with the Apple App Store or Microsoft Store to verify your lifetime unlock entitlement. No payment details are collected or stored by us.
• Crash Reports: The App uses Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash reports, which may include device information, operating system version, and stack traces. This data is used solely to diagnose and fix bugs.

The App does not collect your GPS location, contacts list, browsing history, or any other personal information beyond what is described above.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information for the following purposes:

• Cloud Sync: Your email address and project data are used to sync your drawings across your devices. Sync is optional and can be disabled at any time.
• Licence Verification: Your purchase status is checked with the platform store (Apple or Microsoft) to determine whether the lifetime unlock features are available to you.
• Service Improvement: Crash reports are used to identify and fix technical issues, improving the reliability of the App.
• Communication: We may use your email address to respond to support requests you initiate.

3. Data Storage and Security

We take the security of your data seriously and implement the following measures:

• Local Storage: Project files are stored locally on your device in .ofcx format with crash-recovery journals. We cannot access your local files.
• Cloud Storage: When cloud sync is enabled, project data is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and at rest on our Firebase servers. Only you can access your own data.
• OAuth Authentication: Sign-in is handled by Google or Apple. We receive only the minimum information needed (email, display name) and never receive or store your password.
• No Tracking: The App does not use advertising trackers, analytics SDKs, or any form of user tracking beyond anonymous crash reports.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information. Your data is shared only in the following circumstances:

• Firebase Services: Your data is processed by Google Firebase services (Authentication, Firestore, Cloud Storage, Crashlytics) in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Platform Stores: Purchase verification is handled by Apple (App Store) or Microsoft (Microsoft Store) in accordance with their respective privacy policies.
• Legal Requirements: We may disclose your data if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for different periods depending on the type of data:

• Project Data (local): Stored on your device until you delete the project or uninstall the App.
• Project Data (cloud): Synced project data is retained on our servers as long as your account is active. You may delete your data at any time from within the App or by contacting us.
• Account Data: Your email and display name are retained as long as your cloud sync account is active.
• Crash Reports: Crash data is retained by Firebase Crashlytics for up to 90 days.

6. Your Rights and Choices

You have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access: You can view your synced projects across your devices when cloud sync is enabled.
• Deletion: You can delete individual projects from within the App. To request deletion of your cloud account and all synced data, contact us at the email below.
• Disable Sync: You can disable cloud sync at any time from the App settings. This stops all data from being sent to our servers.
• Stop Using: You may stop using the App at any time. Uninstalling the App will remove local data. Cloud data will persist unless you request deletion.

7. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Google Firebase: Provides authentication, database, cloud storage, and crash reporting. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics: Collects anonymous crash reports to help us fix bugs. No personally identifiable information is collected by Crashlytics.
• Google Map Tiles: Satellite imagery is loaded from Google Maps for the physical network view. No user data is sent to Google beyond standard map tile requests.
• Apple App Store / Microsoft Store: Used for in-app purchase verification. We do not have access to your payment information.

8. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information promptly.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
